We are ALL unique, so your session will be tailored to your individual needs. A session may include coaching, energy healing, breathing techniques, meditation and yoga poses (if appropriate). Just like a yoga class, and life, sessions are not planned in advance, they are open, vibrant and spiritually guided. Come with an open heart and open mind, trusting your own intuition.

Cost: $75 for a one hour individual session, $95 for couples or family (max 4 people) - VENMO or Cash payments preferred
Each session is about 60 min, but it is recommended to plan for 75 min during our first time together.

My Spiritual Journey
My name is Padma. A given name that was Spirit guided. Padma means "Lotus" in Sanskrit and it represents so well my spiritual journey in this file.
From an early age, I felt deeply connected to Spirit without knowing what it really meant. As a child, I would look deeply into another person's eyes to a point that I was told to "lower my eyes" more times than I can remember. By fear of being different, I buried my healing gift and connection to Spirit for many years, until I came to a point of spiritual "suffocation", losing the sense of who I was. Then one day, in 2002, depressed and lost, I entered a yoga class, sat on a mat and without even moving my body into any pose, I thought to myself: "I AM HOME".
And Home I was, at last!
Since that day in 2002, I have studied yoga beyond the mat through every book I could read and teachers I could study with. I have taught yoga classes for two decades, led a yoga studio community, created workshops, teacher trainings and retreats. More recently, my "work" has deepened to a more energetical approach, combining my knowledge of yoga philosophy and physical poses, with my healing intuition and deep connection to Spirit, nature and a heart driven lifestyle.
My studies have included Meditation, Reiki (energy work), Shamanism, Yoga, as well as my own sense of Self and connection to a Divine energy that connects us all.
Gratitude to my soul brother, John, who, through Shamanism and Reiki, opened my heart in so many ways and helped me see my own divinity and gift.
