About Padma


​I  grew up in France, and after some traveling, decided to settle in California in 1991 where I feel deeply at home. I believe that my North African ancestry, European upbringing, international travels, and inner journey have enhanced my ability to connect with diverse cultures and belief systems. 

After many years as a Travel Agent and an Event Planner, I left the corporate world in 2008 to re-imagine my life on my own terms which included opening a Yoga studio in Sacramento, CA in 2010.  My path led me to Holistic Coaching which, combined with Yoga + Spiritual Studies, has provided transformative tools which I apply to my own life and in my teachings. It has been such a blessing, challenging at times,  and has created an insatiable desire for knowledge and the need to help others on their own growing and discovery journey.

I am a lifelong learner, curious and focused on finding unique ways to grow as a person, mother, teacher, leader and entrepreneur. I currently reside in San Diego, California, where I love to hike, be close to nature and connect with diverse communities.
