It emphasizes the interconnectedness of various aspects of a person's life, including their physical, professional, emotional, and spiritual dimensions. With Mindfulness Coaching you will gain tools and insights to create a balanced life through Effective + Empowering Communication, Meaningful Connections, and Practical Spirituality, including Yoga + Meditation. As a Certified Coach and Mindfulness Teacher, Padma offers coaching sessions, workshops and trainings, as well as small business consulting services all over the world.
