My Yoga Story
Throughout my life, I have tried most physical activities: running, volleyball, jazz dance, ice skating, basketball, handball, ballet -- you name it. Each time, I would stick to it for a few years and then eventually move on to the next "phase." With yoga, it was love at first sight and I have never looked back. As soon as I entered the yoga room, I knew I was home, the home of my heart. Since that day in 2002, I have attended various trainings and workshops and have continued teaching as I also pursue my event planner career.
In 2010, I had the honor to open and manage Padme Yoga Center in Sacramento, allowing me to grow as a yoga practitioner, as a teacher, and as a person, while I navigated the joys and challenges of owning a business.
In 2016, after six fulfilling years, I successfully sold the yoga studio to focus on various events, retreats, conferences, and festivals. My yoga journey continues to inspire me to "dive" deeper, through each class I teach, each person I meet and each situation I am faced with. I feel blessed and grateful to be on this yoga path and look forward to sharing my passion with as many people as possible.
I currently lead Yoga Teacher Trainings (500 hours Yoga Alliance Certified) in San Diego.
