Bhakti Flow Class - COMING SOON
Grounding Practice with Intention
This unique class combines meditation, breath, chanting, and a grounding flow practice aligned with the element of Earth. The next classes will be: Water (Fluidity), Fire (Transformation), Air (Wisdom).
We will open with a 5-min guided meditation and a short chant (chanting is always optional) to set our intention. We will then move through a flow of poses, enhanced by uplifting music and moments of silence when needed. This is a monthly class with a different theme for each class.
30-min Intro to Meditation - Free
All Welcomed - New dates coming soon
In this 30 min talk, we will break down the meaning of meditation and give you simple tools to get started. No experience is required.
We can all meditate; there is no right or wrong way, just a willingness to train the mind to focus inward.
Interested in learning more about Meditation? Get a group of friends (min 10 participants) and I will be happy to do an intro session (by donation).

My Yoga Story
Throughout my life, I have tried most physical activities: running, volleyball, jazz dance, ice skating, basketball, handball, ballet -- you name it. Each time, I would stick to it for a few years and then eventually move on to the next "phase." With yoga, it was love at first sight and I have never looked back. As soon as I entered the yoga room, I knew I was home, the home of my heart. Since that day in 2002, I have attended various trainings and workshops and have continued teaching as I also pursue my event planner career.
In 2010, I had the honor to open and manage Padme Yoga Center in Sacramento, allowing me to grow as a yoga practitioner, as a teacher, and as a person, while I navigated the joys and challenges of owning a business.
In 2016, after six fulfilling years, I successfully sold the yoga studio to focus on various events, retreats, conferences, and festivals. My yoga journey continues to inspire me to "dive" deeper, through each class I teach, each person I meet and each situation I am faced with. I feel blessed and grateful to be on this yoga path and look forward to sharing my passion with as many people as possible.
